Since 1986

My dad started taking me camping when I was just 2 years old and I haven’t stopped! Not only is camping nostalgic for me it’s also incredibly peaceful and therapeutic. I try to go camping every chance I get which typically means the weekends! Every camping trip is different, and there is always more to learn. That’s why I created this site, because so many of my friends had some of the same questions and I knew I could help others with those questions as well.

I’m not a professional camper, survivalist, or some sort of extreme prepper. I’m just a typical girl that loves the outdoors and enjoys spending my time in nature and I want to share the joy I find outdoors with everyone! Whether it’s your first time camping or your 100th time camping I hope that you are excited and I really hope my site is useful to you. I’ve tried just about every style of camping possible and continue to switch it up nearly every weekend.
